Big Brother 's Glyn Wise appeared on ITV's This Morning on Thursday, April 7 to discuss life after the Channel 4 show. The former lifeguard appeared on the progamme 17 years ago and was one of Big Brother's youngest contestants.
Glyn was just 18 when he appeared on the reality TV show back in 2006 and ended up coming second. Now 34, Glyn is set to become an ordained minister and is preparing to become Father Glyn after being accepted to train for the ordained ministry with the Church in Wales. Alison added: "You've still got hair - it's just on your face." Glyn replied: "Yeah, it's gone from here to here and on my back for some reason. I don't want it there."
Glyn also discussed how his "life transformed overnight" after exiting the Big Brother house as he discussed the "madness" of modelling for Calvin Klein and meeting Catherine Zeta-Jones in the aftermath.
On his new life direction, he said: "I went travelling a lot, and I became a teacher first of all for four or five years in the UK. Then I thought I'd like to teach abroad, and ended up in China, I did all of South East Asia.
"Christianity is growing on a massive scale in South East Asia, so I went to church there, and even other teachers were like do you want to come to Bible study class. I grew in faith as I went along with that.
"The pastor or priest was talking and I felt like everything he was saying was direly to me, and what was amazing was they were bringing the Bible into 2022, making relevance to every walk of life and that's what I'd like to bring forward."
