Visakhapatnam: TDP state president and Gajuwaka MLA Palla Srinivasa Rao said on Saturday that a grand opening ceremony for the Bhogapuram International Airport is being planned for August 1, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi being invited as the chief guest.

Speaking about the upcoming event, Rao said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has requested Prime Minister Modi to inaugurate the airport.
