Britain's Got Talent fans have been speculating about one particular contestant ever since last Sunday's episode.
The Witch had Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon screaming and left Simon Cowell open-mouthed last weekend when she performed for the panel.
The creepy character walked down the stairs from the stage to present each of the show judges with an apple – and asked Amanda: "Do you know why they say beauty's only skin deep? Because we're all rotten to the core."
The fruit in front of Amanda exploded, unleashing cockroaches and mealworms onto her desk and forced Alesha to jump out of her seat.
Fans of the ITV show are desperate to know who is behind the make-up, and have been sharing their theories online ever since.
The latest name thrown into the mix is a BBC star who appears on the show The Magicians.
Taking to Twitter, one BGT viewer shared a short video which featured a photo of The Witch and then morphed into a photograph of Pete Firman.
The Twitter user tagged Pete in the post and simply wrote alongside it: "hmmm," followed by an apple and witch emoji.
The 42-year-old magician was quick to reply to the tweet and said: "Christ! I’m terrified and I have no idea what this relates to."
And the user then replied: "granted out of context does look crazy hahaha," but the Twitter conversation ended there.
Another name that's been thrown into the mix is Leigh Francis, who is more regularly known by his character name, Kieth Lemon.
The 49-year-old comedian has played the grandmother of Amanda in the past, getting dressed up in cosmetics to play a character in Bo Selecta.
And others suspect it could even be one of Ant and Dec – who actually host BGT.
Theories have been running wild on social media, with one writing on Twitter : "The Witch was either @lemontwittor or @antanddec."
Britain's Got Talent continues Saturday at 8pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
