A Beyoncé-themed dance class raising money for charity is taking place in Manchester in March.
Taking place on the same week as International Women’s Day, Beyoncé fans will be able to learn how to strut and move like the superstar icon whilst raising funds for the We Love MCR charity.
The event, led by Manchester-based SOS dance instructor Danielle Collier, will take place on Sunday, March 12, and will be suitable for all levels of dance experience, including absolute beginners.

The one-off event will see attendees - known by SOS as ‘Queens’ - learn a sass-fuelled routine to one of Beyoncé’s biggest hits, Run The World (Girls), ahead of her UK Renaissance tour in May.
The dance class, held at Platt Lane Sports Complex in Fallowfield, is open to only 100 attendees.
“I can’t wait to teach this special event to 100 people for a charity, very close to my heart as a Mancunian,” Danielle said. “Let’s dance for Manchester!”
All money raised from ticket sales and individual sponsorship of the event will go to We Love MCR Charity, which works with some of the region’s most vulnerable people and is the only grant-giving charity dedicated to supporting Manchester’s communities and young people.
Lord Mayor of Manchester Donna Ludford, who is also the Chair of Trustees at We Love MCR Charity, said: “We Love MCR’s work revolves around empowering the communities and ambitious young people of this city.
“It couldn’t be more fitting that SOS Dance, who are all about empowerment through dancing, chose to partner with us and fundraise for our charity.”
You can book your spot on the We Love MCR X SOS Dance session on March 12, from 1.30-3.30pm, by clicking here. Tickets cost £10.
