BeyHive, stand up! Beyonce is releasing new music, and fans are convinced that it’s a country album. (THIS IS NOT A DRILL.)
OK, go with us here. Remember just days ago when Beyonce showed up to the Grammys wearing a cowboy hat and leather? It’s possible it was a subtle nod to the new music she created. During Super Bowl 58, a new Beyonce-themed commercial with Verizon dropped. The commercial played on Beyonce’s ability to release new music that “breaks the internet,” as she has seemingly done before with other music drops.
As the commercial ends, Beyonce can be heard saying, “They’re ready. Drop the new music.” Moments later, a post appeared on Instagram (teasing TWO new tracks) and snippets of her music flooded Twitter. Multiple outlets confirmed that a new album is dropping on March 29.
