Wearable fitness technology has emerged as a dominant category over the last few years. Replacing the (arguably) less aesthetically pleasing smart watch, I’ve been testing the best smart rings.

Oura paved the way for smart rings when it debuted the handpiece stateside circa 2015, which inspired other tech brands to follow suit.
