The best McDonald's in Liverpool and Wirral has been named.
Liverpool has no shortage of amazing, varied restaurants and cafes but sometimes, all that will satisfy is a trip to McDonald's.
The iconic fast food corporation, originally founded in 1940 in California, specialises in burgers, fries, breakfast muffins and bagels, and plenty more.

The food chain often launches seasonal editions of its famous products, like the McFlurry which is often revamped at Christmas and Easter, as well as regular variations to its burgers and breakfast options.
Ever since Merseyside's first McDonald's opened its doors in November 1985, towns across the region have welcomed the famous golden arches.
In Liverpool and Wirral, there's a number of McDonald's restaurants all with varying degrees of popularity and success.
There’s so many to choose from, we asked readers to vote for their favourite McDonald's restaurant and hundreds of readers had their say.
Now, the results are in and from our list of Liverpool McDonald's to choose from, these got the top vote:
- Belle Vale, in first place with 31% of the vote
- Hunts Cross, in second place with 15% of the vote
- Aigburth Road, in third place with 6% of the vote
In Wirral, these McDonald's restaurants got the top vote:
- Bromborough, in first place with 26% of the vote
- Birkenhead, in second place with 19% of the vote
- Wallasey, in third place with 15% of the vote
We also asked people to tell us why their favourite McDonald's was top of their list. The top answer won’t come as a surprise to those familiar with Liverpool’s friendly nature, with comments including: "Family friendly atmosphere", "the customer service I've received is amazing" and "lovely staff".
Other reasons people gave for choosing their favourite included "cleanest shop ever" and "served quickly" and "it's yummy".
