What is Black Friday?
Black Friday is a discount day that has been around in the US since the 80s. It has evolved into the biggest sale of the year and takes place every year on the day after Thankgiving, which is always on the fourth Thursday of November. The idea caught on worldwide and you’ll now find retailers in every country slashing prices in honour of the weekend.
When is Black Friday 2022?
For 2022, Black Friday will take place on November 25 and will be closely followed by Cyber Monday on November 28 - but more on that below. This will give you ample time to stock up on your Christmas shopping list in advance of December 25 with savings across the breadth of Currys’ offering. That being said, the discounts have already begun so don’t wait to snap up a bargain.
When is Cyber Monday 2022?
The sales event starts on Friday but culminates in Cyber Monday, which - as you may expect - takes place on the Monday. Across the weekend, there will be discounts running but Cyber Monday is known for being the day to invest in tech - but beware as stocks must last. To avoid disappointment, add to your basket the items you’ve had your eye on before it’s too late.
