Homes in West Kirby had an overall average price of £373,476 over the last year, according to Rightmove. Most of the property sales during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £552,929.
Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £374,769, with flats fetching £237,130. While overall, sold prices in the last 12 months were 8% up on the previous year and 18% up on the 2019 peak of £317,029.
