Bernadette Connolly's daughter Jade has paid a Mother's Day tribute to her mam.
The 49-year-old went missing on Donabate Beach on January 7 and her body was later found on a beach in Blackpool in the UK.
Her funeral took place in St Cronan's Church, Swords on March 9, where she was remembered by her daughter as "beautiful, funny, kind and true".
Jade created a beautiful tribute to Bernadette on Donabate Beach today to mark Mother's Day.
In the sand, she made a big heart with "mam" written in the middle and flowers scattered around it.
Posting on Instagram, Jade said: “Happy Mother’s Day mam. You’re that sun up in the sky… I love you.”
During Bernadette's funeral mass earlier this month, Jade vowed to make more memories on her behalf.
She said: "Today is a day for you to be celebrated. Everyone here shares memories with you. Love, laughter and kindness that knew no bounds.
"Our bond is unbreakable, it is so, so strong. We're the best of friends who shared many laughs, many cries, highs and lows.
"Countless memories that will live on forever and I promise to make many more for us both.
"I wanted to say how proud I am to be your daughter. My teacher, my protector, my world."
