A LinkedIn post by talent acquisition manager Mayank Kumar has gone viral after he shared how an interaction with a Mumbai auto-rickshaw driver became his biggest culture shock following his relocation from Bengaluru.
Kumar said he had expected common challenges associated with moving between the two cities, including differences in rent, traffic and weather. Instead, he was surprised by what he described as the courtesy and ease of dealing with Mumbai's auto-rickshaw drivers.
