Bengaluru Blinkit rider turned down a ₹100 tip, and his reason has a career learning that no management degree can teach

A wrong address, a confused delivery partner, and one line in Hindi have turned an ordinary Blinkit order into a talking point on LinkedIn. Bengaluru-based product manager Mansi Sharma says the rider who sorted out her mix-up refused the extra cash she offered him and told her exactly why, a comment she now says taught her more than her MBA did.
