For the Cincinnati Bengals game against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, the referee is going to be Shawn Smith, according to Jay Morrison of Pro Football Network.
In four games the Bengals have played with Smith as the referee, they have a 1-3 record. They lost to Washington in the game Burrow tore his ACL, and to Cleveland by a score of 35-30 on Thursday night in 2020. Before that, Smith was also the head referee for their 37-36 win over the Atlanta Falcons in 2018.

The Bengals are tied for seventh best with only 5.3 penalties called against them per game so far this year, and the Titans are 23rd with seven flags per game.
