England captain Ben Stokes has brushed off criticism after his side was beaten inside three days by South Africa at Lord's.
England have been playing a new aggressive and positive brand of cricket under Stokes and Brendon McCullum, which saw them produce four stunning wins over New Zealand and India earlier this summer.
However, they came unstuck against a high-quality South African bowling attack, managing totals of 165 and 149 as they were thumped by an innings and 12 runs. But Stokes has vowed that England will continue to play positive cricket, insisting: "Everyone's so aligned in the dressing room, from the management to the players, about how we operate.
