Ben Shephard has written an emotional message to his Good Morning Britain co-host and close friend Kate Garraway after she recieved an MBE from Prince William for her services to broadcasting, journalism and charity.
In the heartfelt tribute, Ben shared a montage of photographs including a throwback of the pair when they were younger and a more recent one of the pair celebrating her MBE as he said there was nobody quite like here.
Ben penned: "She's been making laugh for over 20 years (not least with the haircuts!!) and that continued today as we celebrated smiled laughed and more as @kategarraway was honored with her MBE.

"It was so so special to see her Derek, Bill and Darcy along with her amazing parents altogether for such a special occasion. She never fails to inspire and infuriate me in equal measure and I wouldn’t have it any other way!!"
The Tipping Point presenter added: "Can't tell you how proud I was to see my friend honored like this to be surrounded by all there family friends and colleagues. Keep being you Kate - there is no one like you (thank goodness!!!)."
Ben's post was flooded with comments from fans who also praised Kate as one wrote: "Ben, beautiful summary of Kate. She is an absolute powerhouse and inspiration to us all."
While another added: "Well said Ben, Kate deserves her honour, she is a lovely remarkable lady, it was wonderful to see Derek with his big smile and friends and parents beside her, CONGRATULATIONS KATE."
And third commented: "Love you two together on GMB. Lovely words for your friend and much deserved it was lovely that she managed to get Derek there for the special moment."
GMB star Ranvir Singh also penned a gorgeous message to Kate, writing: "We got there eventually! A beautiful afternoon with the one and only @kategarraway MBE celebrating her general National Treasure-ness We salute you M’am Garraway! So moving to sit down to a meal with Derek, Billy, Darcy, and your mum and dad - alongside your other family @gmb to show you all the love we have in our hearts for you.
