Below-normal rain in Maharashtra in early August: IMD

PUNE: The IMD on Monday said August would start with below-normal rain in parts of Maharashtra.

The latest model guidance from the India Meteorological Department (IMD) stated that most parts of Maharashtra, especially Konkan and Vidarbha, were likely to witness below-normal rainfall till August 4.
