A popular Ayr Thai restaurant is to reopen its doors following a major expansion.
@Home in New Street will swing open its doors on Tuesday after shutting down in February.
We told you in March last year that restaurant bosses had submitted plans to increase the size of the premises by more than a third by utilising a storage building on the property.
The application also proposed the ‘demolition of existing store building and erection of new replacement building to enable expansion of the existing restaurant business’.
The existing store and replacement are both single storey and all access arrangements will remain the same.
The eaterie posted on Facebook: "At home is back on Tuesday.
"After long renovation and decoration works we are more than proud to open our restaurant."
