The Aaron Rodgers saga is finally over, but it’s not exactly music to Bears fans’ ears.
While the door was open for a potential Rodgers trade outside the NFC North, the Packers signed Rodgers to a massive four-year extension worth $200 million with $153 million guaranteed.
That means Rodgers is under contract through the 2024 season, which means he’ll be Green Bay’s quarterback for the entirety of Bears quarterback Justin Fields’ rookie deal.
