As bad as the Bears’ offense was against the Packers and as ill-advised as it would be for them to continue with such a limited passing game, their success on the ground signaled growth.
Rushing for 180 yards on 6.7 yards per carry is always a good thing. Should the Bears have thrown more, especially trailing by 14 in the fourth quarter? Of course. But building this offense might require several gradual steps.
