The Chicago Bears returned to the practice field on Thursday for their 13th workout of training camp. It’s the final open practice at Halas Hall (although they’ll hold two joint practices against the Colts in Indianapolis next week).
There were no shortage of storylines from Day 13, where the defense won the day bringing consistent pressure on quarterback Justin Fields. The offense was without wide receiver Chase Claypool and right guard Nate Davis. Rookie defensive tackle Gervon Dexter and linebacker Noah Sewell had especially strong days.
