A former apprentice winner has shared her top tips for growing your business and has revealed that taking breaks is vital to success.

Sian Gabbidon, 30, from Leeds, won the show in 2018 on season 14 of the iconic BBC show. Her swimwear brand has been transformed into an online loungewear brand since and has been promoted by celebrities like Molly Mae, Perrie Edwards and Addison Rae.

She has since cut ties with Lord Alan Sugar but described her appearance on the show as "life changing".
