Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left shocked after spoiler sites claimed to reveal the identity of the next celeb to leave the BBC dance contest. The popular show, now in its 20th series, is screened live on Saturday night, with the results episode and dreaded dance-off pre-recorded and then aired the following evening.
Viewers have been left upset after the result from week three appeared to be leaked online. Movie Week saw the couples take to the ballroom floor for a night of movie inspired performances to impress the judges, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and head judge, Shirley Ballas and the voting public.
The judges marked all of the performances out of 40. Topping the leaderboard was Kiss FM DJ Tyler West. He scored near-perfect marks and the first 10s of the series for his Charleston to Flash, Bang, Wallop! from Half A Sixpence with Dianne Buswell.

Landing at the bottom of the scoreboard was footballing legend Tony Adams with Katya Jones, who did a stripping-inspired samba routine to You Sexy Thing from the film The Full Monty. They scored 18 points. The combined judges’ scores from Saturday’s dances are used to determine the bottom two dancers in Sunday's results show along with the results of the second public vote of the 2022 series.
@Ceeinwonderland tweeted: "I have seen a Strictly spoiler and I am outraged." @beckyboris remarked: "If that Strictly spoiler is true..." @JayHBaker94 tweeted: "Oh wow... I genuinely thought the spoilers I saw were wrong. This is one of the biggest shocks at this stage on the show..." And @kierawatchestv said: "Wow. this feels. very off."
Strictly fans have been calling for the results be shown live in one show on Saturday after the dances instead of waiting until the following day. @markt2606 tweeted: "C’mon #bbc stop putting results show on a Sunday we all know who got eliminated. Show it live on Saturday #Strictly #BBCStrictly"
@popboy84 said: "God how many years they gonna pretend tonight show is live we all know it’s not. Have the results show after the main show or a actual live show on Sunday." And @Survivinthe20s commented: "Honestly BBC just film the results show live on Sat night. We really don't need this Sunday thing."
But @MaryMRobin said: "Strictly results on Sunday would work if people in the live audience on Saturday didn't spoil the spoilers. Should keep it a tight secret not to spoil for viewers on the recorded version watching on Sunday."
