BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Will Mellor may have been wowing fans on the dance floor in the 20th series of the show but he appears to be secretly dreaming of another place. And different company.
The former Hollyoaks and Coronation Street actor has been suffering after being struck down with illness last week but appears to be back to health and ready for the next show. Confirming that he had to miss out on several days of training for the competition he still managed to strut his stuff with style on Saturday night's programme and kept his place. He is now back rehearsing and says his 'head is spinning" but in a good way judging from a video he posted detailing day two of rehearsals.
The 'Two Pints of Larger' star recognised that the scores 'weren't great' last week, and went on to thank fans for keeping him and pro dancer Nancy Xu in the show by voting for them. He added: "we just want to do our best, and I'm really grateful just to be in the competition because I'm loving it". He continued: "I feel so much better this week and I've got rid of that virus so thanks for keep us in".

However, it seems Will is also dreaming of what he'll do once the show is over and it involves far off shores. Posting an adorable family throwback picture on Instagram, Will said: "I don't know about you but this change in weather has got me thinking about where to go on holiday next year and the kind of getaway I want for the kids."
Will, who is married to actress Michelle McSween, is father to two teenage children, Jayden and Renee. The picture, taken in front of a huge hotel and pool, shows a past holiday with the family smiling for the camera. He said: "#Throwback to a memorable family holiday and that massive pool!" He went to share that his children were more well-travelled than he was at the same age..."
Fans were quick to comment on the post. "Perfect photo, perfect memory such a beautiful family," said one, "Gorgeous family photo", added another, with a third commenting, "Hope you're feeling better and practice for the weekend is going well."
Other Strictly viewers joined in: "Hope your feeling better! Looking forward to next week". While another said: "Hope you are feeling better than last weekend. Me and my Tameside mates were cross with the judges' marks. We felt your pain, you struggled through and did us proud."
Others thought he deserved a holiday at the end of the show: "Treat tha sen dukk out ya winnings", said one person. Another reflected and had the same dream: "46 and never been abroad. It’s my mission to take my 8 year old on a sunshine holiday".
However, others weren't so impressed: ""Hm, the change in the weather has made me think about how many blankets I'll need instead of using the heating....." While another, also referring to the cost of living added: "ave u seen the price of Bread & Milk Bro Holidays are a Double Luxury now, unless your in Show Biz".
