Fans of BBC Breakfast have been left convinced that popular weather presenter Carol Kirkwood may have married her partner after spotting her wearing a new ring on the show.
Many viewers were left speculating that she had tied the knot with her mystery man Steve, Birmingham Live reports. Earlier this year Carol confirmed live on BBC Breakfast that she had got engaged while on holiday. Carol was 'outed' by Breakfast host Sally Nugent while she was speaking to the presenter who is at the Chelsea Flower Shower. Sally commented: "I'm a bit concerned about how you're standing up with a giant rock on that left hand."
"Thank you Sal! It is rather nice. I got engaged!" Carol confirmed. Sally continued: "It's the happiest news! We are so, so delighted. Congratulations.
