BBC blasted over England segment airing during World Cup semi final

England World Cup Gareth Southgate France

The BBC have been blasted after airing a segment about the England World Cup campaign during half time coverage of the World Cup semi final between France and Morocco.

Gary Lineker was joined by Alan Shearer, Didier Drogba and Rio Ferdinand.

And instead of spending the duration recapping the first half, the BBC aired a segment about England's losing World Cup campaign.
