South Tyneside-based brand Barbour has revealed its heart-warming Christmas advert starring Paddington Bear.
The two British icons have teamed up this festive season to promote an important message of sustainability. Barbour's festive film follows the adventures of Paddington as he comes up with an idea to gift his neighbour a re-waxed and recycled Barbour jacket.
The brand, which has its headquarters on Bede Industrial Estate, cleans, re-waxes and repairs jackets to help customers extend the life of their products and also offers them the chance to recycle their old waxed jackets The brand's focus on sustainability has been championed by King Charles, who even visited the factory in South Tyneside last year to have a go at re-waxing a jacket
