A spate of "barbaric" attacks by two dogs reportedly left to roam their neighbourhood alone have left neighbours living in fear.
Neighbours say they have been left traumatised and forced to change the way they live after violence by two “big, angry” Shar Pei dogs.
They claim the animals are frequently left to roam Moss Side in Manchester alone.
