A bar has been forced to close over a rule from the 1980's that everyone seems to have forgotten about.
The move has now been branded "ridiculous", after an official found a 42-year-old planning condition that seemed to be long forgotten.
Jason Hamer, 58, who owns the CFeleven bar on Cathedral Road in Cardiff, has now revealed that the closure of his joint has meant that five staff have lost their jobs. Tragically, one staff member will be forced to lose their home, as they live above the bar.
