Katie Price addressed her recent plastic surgery as she appeared at the Diversity Awards last night.

The 43-year-old - who attended the event with a bandaged head head - graced the red carpet alongside her eldest son Harvey and fiance Carl Woods at Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral.

Former glamour model Katie appeared at the event to give out an award and support her son Harvey, who won a gong for celebrity of the year.
