Transport for London was hit by a massive backlash from passengers after allowing the Bakerloo line to be temporarily rebranded in its latest money spinning “make-over” of the London Underground.
The line has been renamed the Bakerl0.0 line – with zeros replacing the letter O – to promote Heineken’s zero-alcohol beer during Dry January, when many Londoners shun booze for the month, often to recover from festive over-indulgence.
