Laura Adlington has shared an honest video about her body with her followers on social media, telling them that she doesn't believe it's "always realistic to love your body".
The podcast host, 33 - who rose to fame on The Great British Bake Off (GBBO) in 2020 - has promoted 'plus size fashion' and body confidence on Instagram in the past.
She took to the platform yesterday to further share her thoughts on the topic, with her posting footage of herself enjoying a trip to the beach, seemingly whilst on holiday.
The baker - who was a finalist on the Channel 4 show - showcased her figure in a black bikini and was seen embracing waves whilst sat on the sand in the video.
The post featured audio from author and yoga teacher Jessamyn Stanley. She narrated: "I don't think anyone loves their body all the time. I think it's always a spectrum."
"Like there are different days. Some days you feel really good about your body. Some days you love it. And then some days you really hate it," Jessamyn continued.
She concluded in the audio: "But on every day it's there and acceptance and the freedom that comes from acceptance rests on that day when you can say 'hey, this is what I look like and I'm cool with that'."

She concluded by expressing gratitude towards Jessamyn, with Laura having written at the end of the caption: "Thank you for these wise words @mynameisjessamyn."
The post comes amid Laura sharing content from a holiday. She wrote alongside a bikini photo: "There's just something about being in the sea that makes me feel at peace. It's where my body feels most at home".
Following her time on GBBO, Laura co-hosts the Go Love Yourself podcast. A synopsis for the show states: "We're on a mission to empower you to feel good about yourself!"
