Global investment firm Bain Capital on Monday divested a 5.64 per cent unitholding in Embassy Office Parks REIT for Rs 2,325 crore through open market transactions.

US-based Bain Capital, through its affiliate APAC Company XXIII Ltd, sold a total of 5,34,51,142 units, representing a 5.64 per cent unitholding in Bengaluru-based Embassy Office Parks REIT, as per the bulk deal data on the NSE.
