'Bad Newz', starring Vicky Kaushal, Ammy Virk and Triptii Dimri continued its impressive run at the box office on its ninth day, finally crossing the Rs 50 crore mark.
The film has been managing to maintain its grip over the box office on its second weekend, despite the release of the big-budget Marvel superhero movie 'Deadpool and Wolverine' that sees Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman return with their iconic characters. Despite the stiff competition with the new release, the film managed to earn an estimated Rs 2.15 crore on Friday. It saw minimal growth on Saturday, with collections hitting an estimated Rs 3.25 crore nett.
