Bad Bunny is no red carpet bore. Far from it — the Puerto Rican rapper and singer is well known for providing on the sartorial scale. And last night, he did it on the world’s biggest stage.
The 31-year-old took over the Super Bowl for his 2026 halftime show, the first in the event’s history to be performed almost entirely in Puerto Rican Spanish, Bad Bunny’s native tongue.
For the performance, the musician (real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) donned two cream looks by Spanish brand Zara — an unexpectedly affordable choice from a man who just scooped up three Grammys while wearing custom Schiaparelli.

“It was an amazing show,” the brand wrote on Instagram alongside pictures of Ocasio’s outfits. “Benito put on a memorable performance. What a great outfit.”
Both looks featured a cream oversized suit, first overlaid with an American football jersey bearing the number 64 (his mother’s birth year), followed by a wide-shouldered suit jacket. The outfit was paired with Bad Bunny x Adidas Badbo 1.0 "Resilience" trainers from Bad Bunny’s upcoming Adidas collaboration (which drops tomorrow), cream gloves, and a Royal Oak timepiece from Audemars Piguet.

Because if there’s one thing Bad Bunny knows like the back of his hand, it’s accessories. It’s not a real Bad Bunny ‘fit without a little garnish. Take his exposed vest and sunglasses from the New York premiere of Caught Stealing, for example, elevating a simple suit to a real high-fashion “moment”.
Or the custom fur Christian Louboutin for Maison Margiela Tabis he wore to the 2024 Met Gala. Or his fondness for accessorising a classic tux with a baseball cap — and somehow managing to pull it off.

There is no better example of Bad Bunny’s fashion prowess than his Met Gala history. Last year, he arrived wearing a brown Prada suit while carrying one of the brand’s massive bowling bags, further accessorised with a custom pava (a traditional Puerto Rican straw hat), created by local Boricua designer Neysha De León.

But Ocasio’s most memorable Met Gala moment to date was surely 2023, when the star arrived wearing a white Jacquemus suit with a floral shrug that formed a 26-foot train. But that wasn’t all. Because if you know Benito, you know he loves a little party in the back. The suit was entirely backless, exposing the rapper’s toned back, which was adorned with a hanging J necklace.
A little bit extra, and every bit Bad Bunny. We can’t wait to see what his closet has in store for years to come.
