Azealia Banks has confessed to lying about supporting Kamala Harris in the 2024 election, sharing with the public that she actually voted for Donald Trump while also pleading with him for tax breaks.

Earlier this week, Banks made headlines for publicly switching her vote from Trump to Harris, citing concerns over Elon Musk's influence on U.S. politics.

The day after the election, the artist reversed course and admitted to voting for Trump while appealing to him for help with lowering international shipping rates.

"Lmao I lied, I voted for Trump yesterday," Banks wrote on X.

Banks' subsequent admissions have garnered public attention, as she not only confessed to voting for Trump but also publicly begged him for assistance with business-related tax breaks.

More specifically, Banks' plea targeted the USPS, asking for lower shipping costs, which she claims negatively impacted her business under the Biden administration.

"PLEASE GET THE USPS TO LOWER THEIR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES BACK TO WHERE THEY WERE IN 2016 @realDonaldTrump I lost a lot of business during the Biden years. $30 to ship 8 oz of stuff to UK is not sustainable. It used to be $30 to ship 24 oz of stuff. CHEAPYXO needs help," Banks wrote.

Meanwhile, many X users are not happy with the artist, referring to her as a "sick b****" and a "weirdo" for lying.

One user commented, "[You are] so annoying and bipolar. girl shut up already," while another wrote, "We don't care your music is trash."

Another user called the singer "spineless," while another said, "I hope you enjoy having your rights taken away dumbass."
