The mum of tragic Azaylia Cain has confessed that she's been left in tears in the run up to Mother's Day.
Safiyya Vorajee shared her beautiful little girl with partner Ashley Cain, who appeared on Ex on the Beach.
Little Azaylia tragically died when she was just eight months old.
She'd been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia, a type of cancer, when she was just eight weeks old and fought bravely before sadly losing her battle in April last year.
As Mother's Day approaches, Safiyaa, 33, opened up about what a difficult time of year it is.
Even going to the shops and seeing all the cards and gifts on offer and hearing people talking about how they're spending the day is incredibly difficult.
She wrote on her Instagram story: "Scrolling through my Insta walking past shops hearing people talking about Mothers Day brings so much pain to my body.
"Yesterday I just went to buy some aloe vera gel & couldn't hold back the tears in a shop
"When times like this are approaching I end up feeling really uncomfortable
"I had the best Mothers Day last year with my princess
"I miss you so much even though I may be trying to carry on in this world I feel like my world is smashed to pieces".
She also shared a post to remind people to think of the mothers who have lost their children.
It read: "Please don't forget the Mothers with empty arms this Mothering Sunday".
Safiyya also shared a heartbreaking video of pictures of Azalyia and some of her cuddly toys, writing: "I find it so hard mummy loves you so much".
Ashley and Safiyya set up a charity in memory of their daughter, and The Azaylia Cain Foundation aims to support families and provide memorable experiences for children fighting cancer.
Safiyya is also helping others with her book, Loving and Losing You, Azaylia, which she's releasing next month.
Sharing it with her followers, she wrote: "This is a project so close to my heart
"For a while now I've been working on a special book telling my story and honouring my little hero, Azaylia. The finished cover is finally here and I couldn’t be prouder!
"I can't wait for you to read it when it comes out in April"
The covers features a beautiful photograph of Safiyya kissing Azaylia and also carries the tag line: "My inspirational daughter and our unbreakable bond".
