Average UK house price reached a new high in February

Halifax United Kingdom Inflation Economy

The average UK house price reached a new high of £301,000 in February after a 1.3 per cent annual increase in February.

Property values increased by 0.3 per cent month on month, following a 0.8 per cent rise in January, according to the latest house price index from Halifax.
