Kyle Larson had an unusual year for a champion, and while he won three races they all happened in the first third of the year. His final Cup victory of 2025 came in May just before the Indianapolis 500/Coca Cola 600 double. But, despite a rough summer run, he tied for the most top-fives and top-10s of anyone else in the field.
Larson was the only driver to ‘point’ his way into the final four (as opposed to winning a race to qualify), where he capitalised on a late-race caution to snatch the title away from Denny Hamlin with a right-sides-only pitcall in overtime.
