Properties in Aigburth had an overall average price of £251,420 over the last year. Most of the sales during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £165,094.

Terraced properties sold for an average of £233,447, with semi-detached properties fetching £380,048. While there is no sale’s data available for detached homes, similar sized houses sold after being listed in the last year for £476,000 and £692,000 within 0.2miles away.

Overall, sold prices in Aigburth over the last year were 1% down on the previous year and 16% up on the 2018 peak of £216,833. Images of the property online show that it's empty and ready for a new owner to put their own personal stamp on it.

On the lower floor is an entrance hall, a lounge and an open plan kitchen with dining area. There's also a toilet on the ground level. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, both of which have an en-suite bathroom.
