Gardai are investigating after a building site in Westmeath was set on fire.
Two excavators and a small digger were significantly damaged in the blaze.
It happened in the Monksland Industrial Estate in Athlone late on Thursday, May 18.

The fire was extinguished by local fire services and a technical examination has been conducted.
An appeal has been launched for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to contact gardai.
A spokesperson said: “Gardaí are investigating criminal damage by fire that occurred late on Thursday 18th May 2023 at a building site in the Monksland Industrial Estate in Athlone, County Westmeath.
“Two excavators and a small digger were significantly damage during the course of this incident.
“The fire was extinguished by local fire services. The scene was preserved and a technical examination was conducted.
“Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this incident to come forward.
“Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the M6 motorway east-bound between Ballinasloe and Athlone on Thursday 18th May 2023 between 11pm and midnight are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.”
