Temperatures will slightly lower in Athens before the Republic of Ireland's Euro 2024 qualifier with Greece kicks off on Friday night.
The match gets under way at 9.45pm local time, meaning it will not take place in the scorching sunshine the ancient nation enjoys at this time of the year.
But temperatures are still expected to be around 23 degrees, which is down from the highs of 28 expected during the day in Greek capital.
