Independent pharmacy chain Well Pharmacy has launched a range of home health testing kits. The 11 tests will be available in 492 stores and on the Well Pharmacy website, with prices starting at £8.99.
The home health testing kits target common health concerns like urinary tract infections (UTI’s) and vitamin deficiencies and are designed to support earlier diagnosis by a medical professional. The range also includes kits targeting women’s and men’s health concerns and tests checking the health of the stomach and bowel, amongst other things.
Well Pharmacy now has a new range of home health testing kits thanks to a partnership with 2San, a global supplier of healthcare products.
Recent research from IPSOS found that 91% of consumers are happy with the process of self-diagnostic testing - with 83% being content with testing for infection related issues, 82% surrounding health and wellness and 42% targeting gender related matters, like fertility tests.
