An asylum seeker who stabbed a hotel worker to death and was seen laughing and dancing shortly afterwards has been jailed for life with a minimum term of 29 years.
Deng Chol Majek followed Rhiannon Whyte from Walsall’s Park Inn Hotel to the deserted Bescot Stadium railway station, where he launched a vicious attack which saw her stabbed 23 times with a screwdriver.
