Zack “Asmongold” says body-shaming motivates him to exercise
Asmongold addressed the reaction during his stream after people began using the picture to make jokes about his body.
Rather than saying the comments bothered him, he said they can have a positive effect on him. He explained that seeing people criticize his appearance makes him think more about his weight and gives him another reason to work out.
“I appreciate it. The body shaming and the degrading of me for the way that I look works, and it makes me more readily aware of my weight and size, and it makes me more motivated to exercise and look better.”
He then told people they could continue making those comments.
“You should probably be doing this even more.”
