Asian Games: Men's and women's squash teams assure India of medals

Malaysia India the Asian Games New Delhi

NEW DELHI: Despite a 0-3 loss to Malaysia in their final pool B match at the Asian Games, the Indian women's squash team secured a bronze medal in the competition. Malaysia and India claimed the top two spots in their pool, guaranteeing them a spot in the semifinals, where the two losing semifinalists would also win bronze medals.

The men's team, on the other hand, blanked Nepal 3-0 in its final pool tie and progressed to the semis.
