Major UK supermarkets have issued 'do not eat' alerts after a number of food products were recalled due to health and safety concerns. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued a list of the items that should not be consumed.
The list includes Cadbury branded desserts, as well as goats cheeses, cereal and a Birds Eye product, reports Lancs Live. Several major supermarkets - Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Co-op, Morrisons, Waitrose and Ocado - are among the retailers affected by the latest recall alerts.
Some items may contain Listeria monocytogenes while the others may contain ingredients not listed on the label. Anyone who has purchased any of the affected items listed below are advised to return them to stores for a full refund, but only as part of an essential trip.
