Asda, Morrisons, Iceland and Waitrose have pulled products from shelves, fridges and freezers amid safety fears.
When a product is recalled, for any reason, the Food Safety Agency (FSA) shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the item has been pulled from sale.
have recalled items in recent weeks, with customers urged not to eat them but instead return them to the store for a full refund. You do not need to have your receipt to get your money back.

Here are some of the products shoppers are being told to return to stores:
Asda
JK Foods is recalling Tiger Tiger Taste Japan Mirin because it contains soya which is not mentioned on the label. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to soya.

Iceland
Iceland has recalled its Cooked Diced Chicken Breast because some packs may contain uncooked chicken. The possible presence of raw, uncooked chicken makes this product unsafe to eat.
If you have bought the item do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund. For further details, please contact Iceland Customer Care on 0800 328 0800 and select option 2.

Morrisons
Morrisons has issued a product recall for their Valentine's Latte/Chocolate Glass. The glass features a gold print that reads "you melt my heart".
The supermarket said the glass is faulty and could potentially crack and spill the hot drink. Given these safety fears, shoppers are being asked to return the item to their nearest store for a full refund.
In a statement, Morrisons said: "We are recalling this item because it has not been manufactured to our usual high quality standards and could crack during use causing the hot contents to spill.
"Customers who have purchased this product should not use it. They should return it to their nearest Morrisons store for a full refund. We don't need a receipt.
"No other products are affected by this issue. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and assure customers of our continuing commitment to the highest standard of product quality and safety."
Waitrose
Waitrose is recalling GoVeggie Tomato Mozzarella Arancini due to the possible presence of gluten (wheat) which could lead to illness if consumed by someone with an allergy or intolerance.
Customers are asked not to consume the product if you have such an allergy or intolerance, but instead package up the item and return to your local Waitrose branch for a refund.
Affected packs have a best before date of March 23, 2023, and are 300g in size.
