The agent of Arthur Melo has explained how Liverpool have reacted to the midfielder in the early weeks of his loan spell.
Arthur signed for the Reds on loan from Juventus on transfer deadline day. The summer window saw Liverpool linked with a host of potential new midfielders, with only a temporary deal getting over the line.
Since Arthur’s arrival, there were tentative rumours that Liverpool were unhappy with the midfielder and were even considering sending him back to the Serie A outfit in January. However, such reports seem premature despite the midfielder’s lack of action so far.

In the days after the reports emerged, Arthur took part in two matches for Liverpool’s Under-21 side. Now the player’s agent has spoken about how his client has got on at Anfield.
Federico Pastorello, Arthur’s agent, says that the midfielder is settling in well at Liverpool and that the club are more than happy with his stint so far.
“The first few weeks are normal for adaptation and the recovery of (a player’s) physical condition,” Pastorello is quoted telling Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Everyone is very happy with him. He has given up his holidays to stay in Liverpool to work. Soon, he will be at 100 per cent.”
