Arsenal are willing to pay up to £100million for RB Leipzig star Christopher Nkunku if recent reports are to be believed.
Former Gunners boss Unai Emery was said to be a huge fan of Nkunku during his time at the Emirates Stadium but a move for the Frenchman never materialised. Premier League rivals Manchester United and Chelsea have both been linked with a summer move for the 24-year-old in recent times and football.london understands that the Blues do indeed hold an interest.
Now, the Independent have reported that Leipzig have set a price for Nkunku at £100million whilst the player would prefer to stay with the Bundesliga side this summer. However, the same report goes on to say that Arsenal, along with Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain would be willing to pay 9 figures for the talented attacker - a deal that would smash the Gunners' current record of £72million.
