Having held such superiority over Arsenal in recent years, Jurgen Klopp will likely view this season's Premier League table through gritted teeth.
Few teams across his eight years as Reds boss have brought out the best in his own like the Gunners. In 19 games against the north Londoners, Klopp has lost just four. Two of those were on penalties and prior to October's 3-2 reverse, the only other Premier League game was in July 2020, long after the Reds had been declared champions of England.
Liverpool have scored 49 times during that stretch. which dates back to January 2016 and their four fixtures against each other last term saw Mikel Arteta's side fail to register a goal as they were beaten home and away in the league while also being eliminated at the semi-final stage of the Carabao Cup.
